About Us

As an accomplished and visionary leader, Jordan has led teams in the commercial banking landscape for years.  With a keen eye for spotting opportunities and business analytics, Jordan has been able to both coach teams in industry and guide business owners and executives in key decisions. While the agricultural industry has a special place in Jordan's heart, he has advised business owners in not only the ag industry but also oil/gas, service industries, manufacturing, hospitality, exporting, and processing. 

He is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, completing his coaching and speaking certifications in 2025. This, combined with a Bachelor's of Management (Finance/HR majors) and more than two decades of experience advising business owners on acquisitions, mergers, real estate purchases, equipment purchases, construction projects, Human Resources, and succession planning, sets Jordan up with significant experience and value to provide you and your business. 

Jordan believes that his leadership purpose is to provide "un-ordinary service" in every interaction with others. This means he plays all-in and will provide service beyond what others would provide. 

 Jordan was raised on a 2,000-acre grain farm in Alberta, Canada. That experience formed Jordan and provided both the work ethic and grounded approach that guide his life.  

Outside of work, you can find Jordan spending time with his wife and three awesome boys. They are often camping or hiking in the Rocky Mountains, volunteering in their community, enjoying each other's company on one of many epic road trips, or working together on a home renovation project.
